BRUSH DEBURRING

Parts can be quickly and reliably deburred on one or both sides.

 

The pieces pass through our multi-stage brush deburring system with high precision. The machine uses varying high-quality brushes of different grain sizes (coarse-grained, fine-grained, etc).

  • Removal of secondary burrs due to surface or disc grinding

  • Customized surface roughness

  • No negative impact on plane parallelism and flatness

TECHNICAL SPECS

  • thickness > 0.50 mm

  • 0 - 250mm for single-sided processing

  • 0 - 140mm for double-sided processing

  • OK for magnetic materials

  • Roughness depths of 3.5 µm

  • Material removal available up to 5-6 µm
